1) WHAT WE PROVIDE
We build and host lead-generation websites for roofing companies in the U.S.
We provide website build, hosting, updates, and conversion infrastructure.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, rankings, or revenue.
2) FREE 90-DAY ENTRY
You can start at $0 for 90 days with no credit card required.
This free period is an entry point to either paid tier.
At day 90, you can:
- choose Growth or Dominate, or
- walk away with nothing owed.
An Enterprise tier may be offered later; it is not available for new signups until announced.
3) PAID TIERS
Growth:
- $149/month
- $299 setup fee charged at day 90 conversion (not upfront)
- 3-month minimum after conversion
Dominate:
- $297/month
- $399 setup fee charged at day 90 conversion (not upfront)
- 3-month minimum after conversion
Enterprise (coming soon — not yet available for new signups; planned when launched):
- $397/month
- $499 setup fee charged at day 90 conversion (not upfront)
- 6-month minimum after conversion
4) PHONE NUMBER POLICY
During the free 90-day period, you use your existing business phone number.
Your own business number remains on your site throughout service unless you request a change.
5) CANCELLATION
You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
After the minimum term, there is no cancellation fee.
Your site stays live through your billing period plus a 30-day grace period.
On cancellation, you may request a full static export of your site content (text + images).
6) OWNERSHIP
You own your domain, always.
You own your content and business assets.
We own the platform source code and internal systems.
In short: we own the code; you own your business.
7) PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by the appointed Merchant of Record (payment processor).
No credit card is collected until day 90 conversion.
All prices are listed in USD and may be updated with advance written notice.
8) GOOGLE ADS ADD-ON (COMING SOON)
Google Ads management is planned at $249/month when the add-on launches.
This will be a management fee only.
Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google.
We never handle your ad spend funds.
This add-on is not yet available; availability and final terms will be confirmed in writing before onboarding.
9) LIABILITY LIMITATION
Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.
10) ACCEPTABLE USE
You must provide lawful, accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws.
You may not use our services for deceptive, unlawful, or infringing activity.
